何川，陕西西安人，本科、博士阶段均就读于长安大学，硕士毕业于河北工业大学，专业为交通运输工程。曾获国家公派（CSC）资助，在英国利兹大学机械工程学院机器人系进行联合培养（内容为计算流体力学，CFD）。目前以第一作者/通讯作者身份在 Transportation Research Part D、Journal of Cleaner Production、Construction and Building Materials 等期刊发表多篇论文。曾参与深中通道建设的驻场环境监测以及道面材料组成设计。2026年在中国科学院广州地球化学研究所进行博士后工作，合作导师：张干研究员，赵时真副研究员。
