The SETAC A/P 14th Biennial Meeting at Tianjin
On September 21-24, seven group members (Gan, Shizhen, Shaojun, Zhang Zheng’en, Zhang Ziyang, William and Habib) attended the SETAC A/P 14th Biennial Meeting at Tianjin, each gave talks.
We met former group members Wang Yan (王琰) and Zhang Yanlin (张炎麟) on the meeting. Invited by Gan, Dr Roland Weber from Germany also attended, who will then visit our group at Guangzhou from Sept 26th-29th. I also met Drs Tu Binh Mihn of Vietnam National University, Luca Nizzetto of Norwegian Institute of Water (NIVA), who are my good friends and collaborators. I talked with professor Xiangdong Li (李向东) of Hong Kong Polytechnic at night, discussing lots of important things.
This was a nice meeting, and the weather in Tianjin was very comfortable.
William’s paper accepted for publication in STOTEN
William’s paper entitled ‘The Impact of Anthropogenic Activities on Atmospheric Chlorinated Paraffins in Ghana Using Polyurethane Foam Disk – Passive Air Sampling‘ has been accepted for publication in STOTEN. This is his first research paper published in a peer reviewed journal. Great job, and congratulations!
