On March 10, Jiang Fan姜帆 reported to an assessment panel on her PDRA performance and research results. The panel consists of 李军，宋健中，丁翔，罗春玲 and 马慧敏.  Jiang Fan looked at the carbon dynamics in terraced paddy fields during most of her PDRA time, and has obtained very promising results. She is moving to South China Institute of Environmental Sciences for a new job. Congratulations!
