Md Ahsan Habib: Md Ahsan Habib is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Chemistry (Analytical and Environmental Section), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, where he earned his BSc (Hons) in 1990 and MSc (Thesis) in 1991. In 2001, Dr. Habib received his MPhil from the Department of Chemistry, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. Dr. Ahsan Habib obtained his PhD in 2004 from the Department of Chemistry, Saga University, and he went on to pursue post-doctoral research in five Japanese universities, including a JSPS Invitation fellowship in diverse fields of Chemistry. Prof. Habib has also taught at Ningbo University as a visiting professor. Dr. Habib has authored more than 75 peer-reviewed papers in many indexing international journals (e.g., Environ. Sci. Technol.; Environ. Int.; Chemosphere; Atmos. Environ.; Chem. Eng. J.; J. Phys. Chem. C; Environ. Toxicol. Chem.; Water Reuse; Int. J. Biol. Macromol.; Urban For. Urban Green.; J. Environ. Chem. Eng.; J. Environ. Sci.; Emerg. Contam.; Talanta; Crit. Rev. Anal. Chem.; J. Nanosctruct. Chem.; J. Am. Soc. Mass Spectrom.; Rapid Commu. Mass Spectrom.; Inorg. Chim. Acta; Chemico-Biological Interact.; Inorg. Chem. Commun.; J. Inorg. Biochem.; Bull. Chem. Soc. Jpn.) and delivered many scientific talks at a number of international conferences. Professor Habib is a member of the Bangladeshi JSPS Alumni Association, the British Mass Spectrometry Society, and the American Chemical Society. Prof. Ahsan Habib is currently employed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a PIFI fellow.
