On May 14 afternoon, Nigar and Bolong did their PhD viva. Attended the assessment panel members include Professors Zou Shichun of SYSU, Lai Senchao of SCUT, and Zhong Yin, Song Jianzhong and Li Jun of GIG. Bolong was noticed wearing a shirt by the KENZO of Paris. Congratulations!
Nigar’s paper entitled ‘Screening Legacy and Emerging Organic Pollutants in the Contaminated Soil of Dhaka, Bangladesh ‘ has been accepted for publication in Emerging Contaminants; and another paper ‘Occurrence and fate of current-use pesticides in Chinese forest soils‘ has also been accepted for publication, in Environmental Research. Congratulations to Nigar and Shizhen!
Xu Yue (徐玥) published her paper entitled ‘Grain transportation and consumption reshapes the α-HCH exposure picture of China‘ in STOTEN. This is a very nice modelling work with a very interesting story in it. It is a great achievement with great efforts put in by Xu Yue, Chongguo and Professor Ma Jianmin. Congratulations!
