Haoyu’s PhD viva
On November 23 evening, Haoyu did her PhD viva, successfully. Professors Bi Xinhui, Tang Jianhui, Luo Chunling, Zou Shichun and Ding Xiang made the assessment panel. Her PhD thesis is on using PUF-AS to monitor and assess the biomass burning and its environmental impact at regional scale. COngratulations, Dr Jiang!

Buqing awarded best presentation on SKLOG young scientist forum
Xu Buqing was awarded best oral presentation on the SKLOG young scientist forum on November 15-16th. His work has been on the methodology development of compound-specific radiocarbon analysis of poly-acids in aerosols. Great job and Congratulations!
